Last week marks three years since we brought the new pup home to the farm. I think Snickers is one of the most spoiled dogs we have had on the farm!
SNICKER BAR TAPIOCA
5 cups boiling water with pinch of salt
1 (8oz.) pkg. prepared whipped topping
½ tsp. maple flavoring
2 cups large pearl tapioca
1 ½ cups white sugar
4-6 Snicker bars
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Put tapioca in boiling water. Cook on low heat 6-10 minutes. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 20 minutes.
Add sugar and set aside, preferably overnight. When tapioca mixture is ready, add flavoring and *chopped Snickers to whipped topping. Combine tapioca and whipped topping. ENJOY!
*I like to use the Pampered Chef Crinkle Cutter to chop the Snickers.
